We run a course for people who want to get better and stay better.
A recovery plan based on short, medium and long term goals is agreed and any barriers or obstacles identified. These barriers are then systematically overcome and removed.
Our PALS (People, Activities, Learning, Sharing) course lasts for six weeks, but the support sessions last for a full year. Each participant is allocated a mentor who will work with them one to one over the year and support them in reaching their Recovery goals.
