All our group activities are friendly and welcoming.  We offer a varied programme of events for members of our activity group and we also provide a regular drama group, singing group, keep fit class and friends and family group.  Contact us for details .

We run a range of popular workshops designed to help people cope with a variety of difficulties. Delivered in a friendly informal atmosphere by experienced trainers, these include:

Although priority is given to people on our Recovery and Support projects, other people can apply.
