Sometimes the best thing for your mental health may not always be talking about it. That’s why we run activity groups to help take your mind off your mind.
Don’t worry about being an expert at anything, our social sessions and mindful meet ups are aiming to help improve confidence, reduce isolation and provide a healthy distraction.
We are currently offering the following groups:
Zumba.
Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic and effective fitness program. Zumba combines the therapeutic power of movement with the joy of music, creating a workout that’s as good for your mind as it is for your body.
Creative Writing.
Dive into the world of self-discovery and creativity with our Creative Writing group. It offers a unique blend of writing prompts, exercises, and collaborative activities designed to foster well-being through the art of words. Join us for a supportive and inspiring journey where writing becomes a tool for reflection, exploration, and personal growth. Singing for Wellbeing.
A place where all singing abilities are welcome. Group singing is a simple but powerful way to lift mood, reduce stress, and build connections with others. This group is a refreshing break from everyday worries and a chance to simply enjoy the moment with your community. No experience is needed, just a love of music and a willingness to join in.
Walk & Talk.
